At First Response Ambulance, patient care is our #1 priority! 

We pride ourselves on professionalism and superior performance.  The  main focus is to provide quality patient care and to maintain a seamless line of communication with all facilities.  We strive to respond and expedite all transports in a safe and timely manner. 

The First Response Team is committed to the same vision.  Each employee is either a Paramedic or an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), certified by the New York State Department of Health. 
Staff members participate in ongoing in-services that continues to enhance their performance.  Quality Improvement studies are done on a regular basis to maintain our achievements.
